From what I understand about Tula's giant thought bubble, giants are born from human parents(presumably born human-sized), and at no point has it ever been recorded that there has been a male giant living with a female giant.

So if two giants got it on, would they make more giants, or would they make regular humans?

No problem remembering where they live - when you see the cave entrance, you'll understand why. And yes, there's very good reasons for the Erogenians to keep in touch with these two. Besides, she's a gifted healer, and they know that - it would be like a visit from the family doctor.
